GENE CLAIRE VICK
Passed away
Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999, in Santa Rosa, Calif. She was 67, a
native of Louisiana and a resident of Sonoma County for 29 years.
She was a member of the Welfare League and an elementary school
teacher in Europe, Japan and most recently at Monroe Elementary in
Santa Rosa. She was the dearly beloved wife of the late Thomas W.
Collins; cherished mother of Katherine Collins and James R.
Collins, both of Santa Rosa; dear sister of Margaret Vick of Baton
Rouge, and Linda Vick Krizan of Austin, Texas; and also survived
by a niece and two nephews. Friends and family will gather for
funeral services at Cal-vary Catholic Cemetery Chapel, 2930
Bennett Valley Road, Santa Rosa, at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, with the
Rev. Carolyn Woodson of Kenwood Community Church officiating.
Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Contributions are suggested
