HAYS,    RAVELLE TYLER   
 
Retired from Exxon Plastics after 20 years of service and a resident of Pride, she died about noon Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2001, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, Baton Rouge. She was 69 and a native of Baton Rouge. Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home Inc., Zachary, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday. Other arrangements are pending. Survived by her husband, James T. "Jimmy" Hays of Pride; a daughter, Kathy H. Stephens of Baton Rouge; a son and daughter-in-law, James T. Jr. "Tommy" and Marsha Jackson Hays of Pride; four grandchildren, Neil Jay Stephens Jr., Katherine Hope Stephens, Sarah Raye Hays and Gabrielle Nicole Hays; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Gary ant Judy Tyler of Mobile, Ala., and Kenneth and Ruth Tyler of Chattanooga, Tenn.; and Donnise "Nessie" Bergeron of Kaplin, whom she called her lovingly adopted daughter. Preceded in death by a son, John Warren Hays; parents, Warren C. and Lena Watson Tyler; and mother-in-law, Mary Lee Hays. Pallbearers will be Clinton Hebert, Jay Stephens, Tommy Hays, Henry Peck, Douglas Wax, Mark Roussel, Walter Savage and Walter Comaux. Honorary pallbearers are L.B. Henry, Gerald Hannan, George Rogers and Mark Milton. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.
