 ARBOUR,
BETTY JOYCE PREWITT
A native and
resident of Baton Rouge, she died at 3:59 a.m. Friday, Feb. 1,
2002, at her home. She was 69 and a retired bookkeeper for
Scardina Refrigeration, with 21 years of service. A memorial
service will be held at Immanuel Baptist Church, Lovett Road,
Saturday, Feb. 9, 2002 at 10 a.m. She is survived by her daughter,
Vicki Lynn and husband Bob Twiss; sons, Scott Arbour and his dog,
Frankie, and David Arbour and wife Terri; grandchildren, Steve
Evans, Canaan and Jeremy Twiss and Colin, Tristan and Tiffany
Arbour; and a great-grandchild, Taylor Juneau. She was preceded in
death by her parents, R.I. and Ina Pourciau Prewitt; husband,
David Rowland Arbour Sr.; and sisters, Addie Labauve Chustz and
Vidaurre Mae Prewitt. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may
be made to the Louisiana Baptist Children's Home, P.O. Box 4196,
Monroe, LA 71211. Welsh Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
