JO ANN BEAGLE
A
resident of Simpsonville, S.C., she died Monday, Sept. 24, 2001,
at Greenville Memorial Hospital. She was 68 and a native of
Franklinton. She was the daughter of the late Willard Calhoun and
Janella Varnado Beagle; and wife of the late Herman Roderick
Streetman. She was a banking officer and a certified consumer
credit executive with Baton Rouge area banks. She was a past
president of Credit Women International, president of Huggins Tae
Kwon Do Parents Association and a member of Fountain Inn First
Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Blaiz and husband
George Buchanan of Simpsonville; a son, Roderick and wife Jill
Streetman of Raleigh, N.C.; a sister, Rita Sue and husband Gary
Malehorn of Baton Rouge; two goddaughters, Sarah Van Winkle of
Orlando, Fla., and Catherine Lewis of Jacksonville, Fla.; and four
grandchildren, Dustin Roderick Todaro, Mitchell John Gabriel
Buchanan, Blake Conrad Buchanan and Connor Adams Buchanan.
Visitation at Fountain Inn First Baptist Church, Fountain Inn.,
S.C., from 2 p.m. Wednesday until religious services at 3 p.m.,
with the Rev. Mike Bearden officiating. Burial in Cannon Memorial
Park, Fountain Inn. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be
made to American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, Va.
