Thomas Edward "Mickey" Tate M.D. 

Tate M.D., Thomas Edward "Mickey" He was born on May 14, 1932, and passed away Friday, March 18, 2005. He is survived by his loving wife, Helouise Faust Tate; three wonderful children, Linda Calcote, Tomie Sue Huckaby and Johnny Beard; five wonderful grandchildren, Mark, Vance, Matthew, Erika Leigh and Taylor; four wonderful great-grandchildren, Cody, Brent, Halee and Hannah; many friends and associates from the medical profession. "I know where I have come from; I know where I have been; I know what I have accomplished; and I know where I am going," Dr. Thomas Tate.
