KYZAR , ERLE WRAY 

A retired accountant with Texaco and a resident of Gonzales, he died Monday, May 6, 2002, at his residence. He was 70 and a native of Shreveport. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Visiting at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Religious service at St. Theresa of Avila Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Phil Spano. Entombment in Hope Haven Mausoleum, Prairieville. Survived by his wife of 42 years, Bertha Landry Kyzar, Gon-zales; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Chere and Jay Manotas, Ovie-do, Fla., Char-lotte Robinson, and Debbie and Gregory Lambert, all of Gonzales; a sister and brother-in-law, Myrtle and Lee Wittler, Wyoming; a stepsister, Mary Jane Edwards, Denham Springs; and a half-brother, Edward Kyzar , Ponchatoula. Preceded in death by his parents, Elza and Genella Kyzar ; a brother, Wallis Kyzar ; and a sister, Frances Fox.
